MANY legitimate employers and large corporations advertise job postings on Craigslist.  Craigslist can be a valuable tool to use in your jobsearch.  BUT just like anything posted online you must be careful.  Legitimate employers WILL list the name of the company they are hiring for.  Legitimate employers WILL list a job description.  Legitimate employers will likely state WHERE the job is located. 

IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS

Please speak a job developer before replying to any ads that do not specifically NAME the employer.  We will gladly dig a little deeper & try to find out if an opportunity is legitimate before you respond.

if you apply for a 'marketing' job on craigslist there is about a 98% chance you will be selling knives, vacuum cleaners, or coupon books door to door - you will make minimum wage for a week or so during "training" and after that straight commission for which you may or may not receive a paycheck.
every spring these 'marketing' jobs pop up, every spring we explain what these 'jobs' are.....

PLEASE be aware that ANY company that requires you to purchase their product & asks you to go door to door selling it is PROBABLY not legit.

PLEASE remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
